This medium-sized plate is made of hard ceramic (ironstone) with blue lines. It is about 18cm in diameter and can be used as a dessert plate, side dish plate, or for serving side dishes.
The condition is fairly good, but there is paint on the back. There are also some small scratches and crazing on the surface, as well as some dents and stains. There are also some porcelain-like plates without any crazing, but these have different sizes and stamps on the bottom, and some grain from the manufacturing process can be seen on the bottom.
It is impossible to determine the age, but the stamp on the porcelain plate says "NKPORCELAIN CO.", so it was most likely manufactured by Nippon Hard Pottery.
Points to note
Because it is water-absorbent, avoid soaking it in water for a long time, and make sure to dry it thoroughly after washing before storing it. Also, do not use it in a microwave oven.
