This is an unused ironstone (hardware) rimmed plate. It is about 23cm in diameter, roughly the size of a medium-sized plate, and features a blue line. I don't know the manufacturer or age, but it has minimal distortion and is relatively well-made for hardware.
As these are deadstock items, there is no visible damage from use, but they have been washed once, so there is some crazing and some small scratches from storage. Items with stains will be discounted.
