Large items will be shipped via Rakuraku Kazei Takkyubin . Cash on delivery is not available. Delivery will take longer than Takkyubin.
[In-store pickup]
Please come to our physical store to pick up your order. There is no delivery fee. Please come to our store within one month of placing your order to pick up your order.
▽ Shipping costs when ordering multiple items
If you order multiple items and the size of your package increases, shipping charges may be added later. If the shipping charge calculated automatically at the time of ordering is too high, we will reduce the shipping charge . In either case, we will contact you before shipping.
▽ How many days does it take for shipping and delivery?
Your order will be shipped on the same day or the next business day (for Rakuraku Kazeibin, your order will be shipped the next business day or a few days later). The number of days it takes for your order to be delivered after it has been shipped is as follows:
