How many days does it take to ship and arrive?

Your order will be shipped on the same day or the next business day (for Rakuraku Kazeibin, your order will be shipped the next business day or a few days later). The number of days it takes for your order to be delivered after it has been shipped is as follows:

The next day (Tohoku, Kanto, Shinetsu, Chubu, Hokuriku, Kansai)
Next afternoon to the day after (Chugoku, Shikoku)
Two days later (Hokkaido, Kyushu, Okinawa)

Are there any other fees besides the product price?

Shipping costs when ordering multiple items

If you order multiple items and the size of your package increases, shipping charges may be added later. If the shipping charge calculated automatically at the time of ordering is too high, we will reduce the shipping charge. In either case, we will contact you before shipping.

Returns and exchanges

If the product is damaged or incorrect, we will refund or exchange it, with shipping costs covered by us.
