SPMC IRONSTONE Medium Plate φ18cm

This is a rare plain-rimmed plate made of ironstone (hard ceramic). It is approximately 18cm in diameter and has a slightly distorted shape. The maker and age are unknown, but we suspect it is quite old, dating from before the 1950s.

We will be selling them in four types, with or without many stains and with or without chips. However, please note that all of them may have scratches and dents caused during manufacturing, small crazing and eye marks, attached grains, and areas where the glaze has not been applied.

Ironstone is a type of tableware that can be enjoyed as it develops, admiring its appearance with stains and crazing, so we hope you will take good care of it and enjoy watching its character gradually improve.

Precautions <br data-mce-fragment="1">Because it is water-absorbent, avoid soaking it in water for a long time, and make sure to dry it thoroughly after washing before storing it. Also, do not use it in a microwave oven.
