Pigeon racing record clock

This is a pigeon racing record clock housed in a wooden box. The manufacturer is K.HATTORI & Co.LTD, the Hattori Watch Shop that is the origin of the Seiko Group .

It comes with a shoulder bag, a winding key, a spare sheet of recording paper, and a pen (no ink). It has been cleaned, but please note that there may be some scratches and light stains on the bag.

When I wind the spring, I hear a clicking sound, so it works, but I'm not sure how accurately it works. Also, I'm embarrassed to say I don't know how to use it, so I'll stop here...
