Although there is no backstamp, based on the stamps on dishes from the same series that arrived at the same time, this cup and saucer is believed to be from Wileman & Co. in the UK in the 1890s.
The pieces are made of porcelain and painted over the glaze, but surprisingly, they are all hand-painted and each piece is extremely intricate. If you have one, I highly recommend taking a look at it with a magnifying glass.
In terms of condition, there are some areas where particles have adhered to the glaze. There are also areas where the gold paint on the rim and the pattern on the side have faded, and there is a small stain on the inside bottom, but items with cracks or chips have been excluded. Please note that the saucer may have small chips and kiln marks.
