This is a very rare Tepco mug without a handle. Because it has no handle, it is thought to be a Navy Watch Mug (Watchman's Mug) delivered to the US Navy, but I have never seen anything with a curved rim like this one.
However, it is easier to hold than the regular Watchman's Mug and has a smaller diameter, making it easier to handle.By the way, the capacity is about 230ml when filled to the brim, which is about the same as a regular heavy mug.
The stamp on the bottom is a rare blue, suggesting it dates to the 1940s or 1950s. The condition is not bad at all, with some cracks and grain marks from the manufacturing process and some small stains, but there are few scratches inside or out.
