This cup and saucer is from Takashimaya's store brand, Rosier. It features a Scandinavian-inspired blue leaf pattern and a slender, elegant handle. It likely dates to the 1970s.
The material is likely hard ceramic. There are fine crazings on the surface and even stains on the cup, which gives it a nice finish.
There are some stains and crazing, as well as a small chip at the bottom, but it is not a noticeable damage. The capacity is about 150ml when filled to the brim.
