Wileman & Co. Small plate φ15.5cm

Although there is no backstamp, judging from the stamps on dishes from the same series that arrived at the same time, this is believed to be a small plate made by Wileman & Co. in the UK in the 1890s.

The pieces are made of porcelain and painted over the glaze, but surprisingly, they are all hand-painted and each piece is extremely intricate. If you have one, I highly recommend taking a look at it with a magnifying glass.

There are very few scratches and it is in good condition. However, there are kiln marks from the manufacturing process such as small particles, stains, and tiny bumps, as well as areas where the gold paint on the edge has thinned and a small chip on the base. Items with chips on the edge will be discounted.
