These horse-eye plates from Seto are believed to date from the late Edo period to the Meiji period. They are small plates with a diameter of approximately 7cm and are said to be unused. All five were delivered together, but each one is different in terms of color, pattern, natural glaze, and degree of distortion, so please choose the one you prefer.
Only plate A has a reddish hue and no marks, so it must have been fired at the top. There are two chips on the edge. The other plates are free of chips, but plates B and E show crazing.
size
A: Diameter approx. 7.2cm, height 1.3-1.6cm
