Horse-eye stone plate

This stone plate features a horse's eye design painted in gosu. The dull color makes it look a little dull, but it's not a plate to be enjoyed for looking at, but rather a plate to be used for simmered dishes and other dishes. There are kiln marks from the manufacturing process, such as grain marks and uneven glaze, as well as damage from use, such as dullness, small crazing, and blackening of the foot, but the damage is not severe.
