Seto Grass Design Bowl

This Seto bowl is thought to date from the end of the Edo period to the Meiji period. It could be called a deep plate, but since the base is small, it is more appropriate to call it a bowl. The roughly painted pattern in iron glaze is also attractive.

There are small scratches and some dark spots, but no noticeable scratches or large chips. Because it is deep, it can be used safely for dishes with liquid.
