This is a plump, lapis lazuli-glazed teacup (mukozuke). The color is deep, similar to lapis lazuli, and the rim has a thunderbolt pattern (like the ones found on ramen bowls). The box has the word "Taisho" written on it, but the inscription on the base suggests it dates to the late Edo period.

Since there are individual differences in the condition of the products and the quality of the glaze, we will sell them as follows.

No damage: There is a grain pattern on the surface Small diameter: 7.5cm diameter, no grain pattern on the surface Cracks: There is a grain pattern on the surface Cracks: There is no grain pattern on the surface Triassic: There is no grain pattern on the surface

In addition to the triassic, there is some damage such as stains and crazing from the manufacturing process, some small scratches, and stains on the base that cannot be completely removed, but there is no sign of water leakage or other major damage.

It can be used as a teacup, and is also recommended for serving small dishes such as vinegared dishes and pickles, or for desserts such as yogurt, ice cream, and zenzai.
