This is the kind of item that we don't often handle, or rather cannot handle, but we have heard that it is an Ofuke from the late Edo period.
The plates are about 20cm in diameter and deep, in the shape of a chrysanthemum. They are cracked, chipped, riveted, and (probably) silver-jointed, and although there is no major damage, they have stains and dents, so they are not in the best condition, but I think that makes them easy to use.
It can be used to serve side dishes, as well as serving liquid dishes, sweets, fruit, etc., making it a very versatile plate.
size
Diameter approximately 20cm, height just over 3cm
