Sea cucumber glazed sake bottle

A sake bottle with a white and black glaze. I don't think there are any Tsutsumi ware from Miyagi, but if anyone knows anything about it, please let me know.

I think there is an inscription on the bottom, but I can't make out the name. It doesn't seem to be very old, so there is no noticeable damage and it is in good condition.
