This is a paper helmet made during World War II when supplies were scarce. It is made of a specially processed hard paper material similar to a crate box, and is hard enough that it won't be crushed by hand.

The brim is slightly wide and wrinkled. There are still some strings left, but the inner lining is gone. There are a few holes from the tacks. There is no noticeable odor.

The color is olive green, but the paint has peeled off in places, revealing the dark red base. It is about 60cm in size and has a stretched form.

Size : Diameter including brim: approx. 32.5 x 27.9 cm, height: approx. 12 cm, head circumference: approx. 60 cm
