This is some kind of stand that was used in a factory. It is made of a wooden board sandwiched between iron legs, and looks like the legs of a workbench, but it seems that it was used for something on its own.
There is some discoloration on the wooden boards and rust on the iron legs, but the wood has been cleaned with detergent and the iron legs have been polished to some extent to remove the rust.
You can hang a cloth on it or lean a large frame against it, the rest is up to your imagination.
