This American-made folding cot is believed to date from the 1940s or 1950s. The "USFS" stamp on the legs indicates that it was used by the US Forest Service.

The fabric is thick canvas, and although there are stains and discoloration, there are no noticeable tears or odors, and it is in good working condition.

The legs are made of fairly thick timber, measuring 3x3cm and 3x3.7cm. The entire cot weighs around 10kg, which is heavier than modern cots, but its sturdy construction makes it feel solid and secure.

Please note that the cloth fixing belt that is wrapped around the bag when folding has broken.

Cots can be used for sleeping, sitting, and even placing small items on them, making them a really useful item to have.

Regarding tension in the fabric: <br>We assemble the product upon arrival and check its usability, but have since washed it, so the fabric is currently tensioned. As a result, one side of the fabric cannot be fixed, but the fabric will stretch as you use it, so please be patient at first.
