USA wooden file storage

This is a storage case for card files, often used in libraries. It is from America before the 1950s and has a well-worn wood finish.

There are scratches, scuffs, partial chips, peeling plating on the handles, etc. The bottom right drawer is missing an internal hook, so it can be placed a little further back than the other drawers.

The width of the drawer is approximately 12.8 cm, which is enough to fit a cassette tape with ease. The two bottom drawers have a rod for passing cards through, but you can remove it by lifting the lever at the bottom, so you may want to remove it depending on how you use it. Only one card is included .
