This book follows the elite Rangers and Special Forces of the U.S. Army during World War II. It primarily focuses on photography, but in addition to period photographs, it also includes color photographs of surviving weapons and equipment, as well as nearly 20 photographs by Robert Capa of Lieutenant Colonel William O. Darby's Ranger unit.
It has a hardcover and there are scratches and torn edges on the cover, and a small tear on the bottom edge of the book itself, but otherwise it is in good condition and there is no moldy smell.
