Brown cabinet

This is a wooden cabinet (cabinet) from before the 1940s. The color is chocolate brown with a slight reddish tint. It is narrow and shallow, making it quite compact for a cabinet .

The plate above the door reads "Kadota Medical Equipment Store" in old-style characters written from right to left, suggesting that the store was originally used in a hospital, but it has been painted brown over the white surface, so it may have been repainted later when it was used somewhere other than a hospital.

Three shelves are included. Two are molded glass with a striped embossing, but one is clear glass, so it seems that it was replaced when one was broken. There are two drawers and a shelf at the base.

Although the glass is cloudy, the paint is peeling in places, and there are stains and paint residue, it is by no means in bad condition. However, please note that the door is easy to open even with the latch down. If you are looking for a compact cabin in a color other than white, this is the one for you.
