This is a typewriter from Triumph-Adler, a German office equipment manufacturer also known for its motorcycles and automobiles.

The serial number indicates that it was manufactured in 1963. The base is made of steel, but the body is made of plastic, making it lightweight. It is also compact and easy to carry.

However, the typing feel is solid, and although it's compact, it has a sturdy build that is reminiscent of German design. The color of the top cover is cream, and the body is a shade close to mocha.

There are still some small scratches and stains that cannot be removed, but we have cleaned it as much as possible and removed dust from the inside with an air compressor. Overall, it can be said to be in very good condition.

I replaced the ink ribbon using the original spool. It's working fine so far. To remove the cover, push the levers on both sides of the handle outward.

The simple instructions for use are as follows, but since a Japanese instruction manual is included, you can use it with confidence.

How to use <br>Insert the paper from the back of the roller, slide it left and right until it is fully inserted, then lower the locking lever.
Turn the knob next to the roller to advance the paper to the position where you want to type the first character.
Adjust the left and right margins with the slider on the back▼
Move the line feed lever on the left of the roller to the right ▼
Start typing

Line breaks
If you move the line feed lever on the left of the roller to the right, the line will automatically be fed and set to the leftmost position of the next line.

Line spacing adjustment
From the back, the spacing is normal, 0.5 lines apart, and 1 line apart (the last photo shows the spacing in this order).

Changing the ink color
You can change the ink color using the lever on the right side of the keyboard (if you set it to the center, it will be pressed without passing the ink ribbon through).
