TOPCON Retina Camera

This is an older TOPCON retinal camera. TOPCON was founded in 1932 as Tokyo Optical Machinery. In 1968, the company name was changed to Tokyo Optical, but the plate on this camera reads "TOKYO KOGAKU KIKAI KK," so it is believed to have been manufactured in the 1950s or 1960s.

It still has scratches and tarnish and is not practical to use, but it has a very interesting color and design that is not found in modern retinal cameras.
