Tobacco shop glass bottle

This glass bottle has an unusual shape, like a cross between a cat bottle and a long, thin tobacconist's bottle. It's the first time I've seen this shape, and I think it's quite rare. The glass has bubbles and distortions, giving it a very pre-war feel.

The glass surface has some small scratches and cloudiness, but is generally in good condition. The metal lid has some tarnish, rust, and missing tabs on the inside, but is not deformed. There was cloth on the inside of the lid, but it had turned black, so we removed it and replaced it with new felt.

It might be interesting to use it to store small items and scraps, display small works of art, or decorate with small greenery.
