the World Aircraft in Colour

This is the "Aviation Fan: Color Album of the World's Masterpiece Aircraft," published in 1970. It features a total of 24 masterpieces from Japan, the United States, Germany, and the United Kingdom. Each fighter plane is presented on three pages by Kikuo Hashimoto: a side view, a detailed drawing, and a black-and-white photograph from the time.

Kikuo Hashimoto's artwork is one of a kind, and while you can often find it as a bifold or trifold magazine supplement, I think the fact that it can be purchased as an album like this is a huge attraction.

Please note that there may be areas where pages are coming off, bent, stains that cannot be removed, or discoloration.
