This is the catalog for the "New Snapshots: Emerging Japanese Artists" exhibition held at the Tokyo Photographic Art Museum from 2010 to 2011. While the concurrently held "Snapshot Appeal: Brilliant Moments" exhibition featured famous photographers from Japan and abroad, this exhibition focuses on six emerging Japanese artists, with the aim of "supporting the creative spirit that challenges the possibilities of photography and video, discovering promising artists, and providing a platform for the development of new creative activities."
