Tepco Mug

This is a heavy mug from Tepco, a company with a loyal following in the United States. Tepco (Technical Porcelain China Ware Co.) was founded in 1918. Initially, the company manufactured insulators and other industrial porcelain products, but in the 1930s they switched to producing tableware, and continued to produce a wide range of tableware for hotels, diners, and the military until 1968.

The mug is a warm beige in color, and the handle is small, about the width of a man's finger. The body is thick and heavy.

There are dents, small holes, and particles that were made during manufacturing, as well as small scratches that come with use, but the damage is not severe and the inside is in relatively good condition.

The stamp on the bottom comes in two colors, black and brown, so please choose the one you like. There is no difference in condition, but the brown one is slightly lighter in color.
