By inserting your hand from underneath and pulling the two levers, Ottsuan's arms will extend outward. There is a gripping rod in the middle, and the doll can stand on its own using this rod and its elbows, but it does lean forward a little, so it would be best to prop it up on a small glass or something similar.

There is some darkening and deterioration of the front buttons, but there is no serious damage and it is generally in good condition.
