Star Disc Bobbins Deadstock 66 Bobbins

This is American Thread Company sewing thread from the 1950s-1960s. It's deadstock and was left in its box. It appears to be full, but the cardboard box says "80," so the box may not be original.

The thread is white, but has turned cream. The bobbin is made of paper. Old threads may break easily, so we don't recommend using them for practical purposes, but when I tried pulling some threads, they didn't break easily.

Although there is some damage such as discoloration, the paper box is nice and the sight of the bobbins lined up in an orderly fashion is attractive enough.
