Star Disc Bobbins Deadstock Bobbins 54 pieces

This is deadstock sewing thread from the American Thread Company from the 1950s to 1960s. It was left in its box and originally came in a pack of 60, but only a few have been used.

The thread is black and comes on a paper bobbin. There is some powder on the surface, but it can be removed by brushing it off. Old threads may break easily, so we don't recommend using them for practical purposes, but when I tried pulling some threads, they didn't break easily.

Although there is some damage such as discoloration, the paper box is nice and the sight of the bobbins lined up in an orderly fashion is attractive enough.
