Star Disc Bobbins Deadstock 38-Pack

This is American Thread Company sewing thread from the 1950s-1960s. It is deadstock and was left in its box, but nearly half of it is used, which is reflected in the price.

The thread is purple, with a few shades of beige, brown, and brick red mixed in. The surface is powdery, but it can be brushed off to some extent. The bobbin is made of paper. Old threads may break easily, so we don't recommend using them for practical purposes, but when I tried pulling a few threads, they didn't break easily.

Although there is some damage such as discoloration, the paper box is in good condition and the sight of the bobbins lined up is attractive.
