This head mannequin is used for making wigs. It is made by the German specialist manufacturer Kerling. It appears to be made of polyurethane, and is quite soft, so it dents when pressed.
The color is a yellowish orange, and although there are some stains, there is no other visible damage. It doesn't look good in photos, but it looks pretty cool in person. It's a color you rarely see in Japanese products, and it looks beautiful just sitting there.
