Radiometer

When a strong light is shone on this radiometer, the windmill inside the glass dome spins.

The principle is that "the black painted surface, which absorbs more light, becomes warmer, creating a temperature difference between the two sides of the blades. When the gas comes into contact with each surface, it is heated and expands, causing convection, and the reaction generates rotational force. Also, the impeller will rotate in the opposite direction immediately after being placed in the refrigerator or if ice is pressed against the glass surface" (from Wikipedia).

The glass appears to be a little old, with wrinkles and warping. There is a haze on the glass surface that cannot be removed, and the paper on the bottom is slightly damaged, but not severely damaged. The paper on the bottom can be removed (see the last two images).
