This is a very basic white mug from Shenango. Shenango is a long-established American manufacturer that has been producing tableware for hotels and diners since the early 1900s. They have a reputation for high quality and have even been contracted to produce for other companies.
The stamp on the bottom is rare and I was unable to find it in any of the materials I have, but since the color of the cup is a pure white, typical of older cups, I imagine it dates back to the 1930s or 1940s.
The condition is very good, with some small scratches and a few stains on the hem, but no noticeable damage.
The handle is small, about the size of a man's finger, and the cup itself is thick and plump. This mug is perfect for anyone looking for a heavy mug in good condition. Because it's porcelain, it can be heated in the microwave.
