This pocket watch is from the Anglo-Celtic Watch Co. in the UK. Anglo-Celtic was a manufacturer with investments from Smiths and Ingersoll, so it is likely a service watch that these companies loaned out as a replacement when they received customers' watches for repairs.

It dates from the 1950s to 1970s and has some minor scratches, but no serious damage. The crown at the top serves as both the mainspring and the time setting. To turn the mainspring, leave it as is, but to set the time, push it in and turn it.

Unfortunately, however, the time will be off by a few minutes to a few tens of minutes per day. So, you can either have it repaired, or carry it in your pocket like a good luck charm and enjoy correcting the time from time to time. Carrying it in your pocket will reduce the time loss rather than leaving it lying around.
