This is a large plate from Seltmann Weiden in Germany. The edges are embossed, probably inspired by flowers.
I think it's from the 1950s or later, but I'm not sure exactly when. It looks quite worn, with a lot of scratches on the surface, but no damage that would prevent it from being used. However, items with cracks or chips on the edges will be discounted.
