This Seikosha marine clock has a nicely tarnished dial. The body appears to be brass rather than iron, and the total weight is just under 2kg.

The sticker on the back reads "Fukuyo Watch Shop, September 25, 1977," so it likely dates to the 1950s. There is some rust on the crystal frame, scratches on the body, and peeling paint, but no significant damage such as cracked glass.

Although the maintenance history is unknown, the movement appears to be in good condition and is currently operating within ±1 minute per day.

It appears to have an 8-day winding function, so winding the mainspring once a week is sufficient. However, the time will deviate slightly from day to day, so please adjust it frequently to match the time signal. If the time becomes significantly off, please patiently adjust it using the slow-speed adjustment at 12 o'clock.

Adjusting the speed <br data-mce-fragment="1">If the time is slowing down, move the lever towards "F", and if it is running too fast, move it towards "S" to adjust it.
