This is a round Seikosha clock that is thought to date from the early Showa period. It is a large clock with a diameter of 35cm on the dial and 42cm on the back, and the case is likely lacquered.

The dial is made of paper and shows signs of aging, including stains and discoloration. The body shows scratches and peeling, but the glass frame is rust-free and is in good overall condition.

The movement was not working, so we replaced it with a Seiko Clock quartz movement (uses one AA battery, manganese battery recommended). We have run it for about three months at our shop and confirmed that there are no problems.

The battery box (movement) is located behind the dial, and the battery can be replaced by opening the door at the bottom of the watch. The time setting dial is located to the left of the battery box.
