This clipboard with holder is made by Saunders, an American company that has been making aluminum note holders and clipboards for over half a century.
It's made of aluminum and is A4 size. When opened, the right side is a clipboard with a cover, and the left side can be used to store extra paper or notebooks.
There are no particular decorations, so when closed it's just an ordinary aluminum case, but I think it looks cool once you get the hang of it.
There are some tarnish and scratches, but there are no problems with the clip or opening and closing.
