This clipboard with holder is made by Saunders, an American company that has been making aluminum note holders and clipboards for over half a century.
It's made of aluminum and is A5 size (half the size of A4). The clipboard has a cover, and the back pocket can be used to store extra paper and small items. The back pocket is secured with a clip at the top, so it won't open easily.
It can be used as a memo pad, as well as to display postcards and magazine clippings, or even as a menu board for shops.
There are some tarnish and scratches, but there are no problems with the clip or opening and closing.
