ROYAL LEERDAM paperweight

This is a square paperweight from Royal Leerdam, a historic Dutch crystal glass manufacturer.

The letters are embossed on the bottom and read "75e Internationale 4 DAAGSE 1991 NIJMEGEN." I can kind of tell it's some kind of commemorative item, but I'm not sure what it is.

The case has some discoloration and small scratches from being pressed, but the paperweight itself is in good condition with no noticeable scratches.
