This Rokuosha projector is thought to date from around the 1930s. Rokuosha was a factory built by Konishiya Rokubei-ten , the predecessor of Konica Minolta, to manufacture photographic plates and printing paper, but it also apparently produced film for video. However, the red plate on the outside of the motor has the words "SHIBAURA ENG" on it, so it's possible that some of the work was outsourced.
It comes with a dedicated case, lens, handle, power outlet, film, screwdriver, and oil can. The handle and lens are detachable. The lens was wrapped in cloth.
There is no significant damage to the projector or accessories, but there are small scratches, peeling paint, rust, and some stains that cannot be removed. Please note that the cord has been repaired with tape.
When you turn it on, the internal light comes on, but the light is so strong that it generates heat and smoke sometimes comes out. When you turn the switch on, you can hear the motor, but it doesn't work.
