Ridgways Mug

Ridgways mugs are from the UK, a company founded in 1792 that has a very long history, although it is now under the umbrella of Royal Doulton.

The color is a very pale off-white. There are green lines around the edges, the center of the sides, and the handle. There is no crazing, but the material is hard ceramic. The stamp on the bottom suggests it was made in the 1930s.

There is some tarnish and staining on the inside sole and some staining on the sides, but considering the age it is in good condition.
