Richard Groves & Sons Knife Set

This six-piece knife set is from Richard Groves & Sons, a British manufacturer founded in 1770 that specializes in blades ranging from cutlery to saws.

The blade is stainless steel. I thought the handle might be made of paste, but it has fine lines, and when I looked at it with a magnifying glass, I saw that the lines were slightly wavy and had knots, so it was probably animal bone.

There is some damage such as dirt and cuts on the case, and some small scratches on the handle and knife, but since it is unused dead stock, it is in generally good condition.
