Pilot's Panel

This is a panel with a black-and-white photograph believed to be of a U.S. Air Force pilot. The surface is covered with a thin vinyl sheet, but there are some scratches and holes. The sides are made of paper, but please note that there may be some damage such as discoloration, scratches, and cuts.

I did an image search but nothing came up, but since they made a panel of it, I guess he must have been a famous pilot. The details are unknown, but it's a good photo purely for what it is.
