OLIVETTI Valentine typewriter ink ribbon replaced

The Valentine typewriter was released in 1969 by Olivetti, an Italian manufacturer. The case it can be placed upright in is called the "Red Bucket," and it is a highly refined product that takes into consideration not only its design but also its storage and portability.

There are scratches on the case, one of the rubber clamps is missing, there are scuffs on the main body, and some dirt on the rollers, but we cleaned as much of the area we could reach inside and outside, and used an air compressor to remove dust and dirt from the hard-to-reach areas inside.

The ink ribbon has been replaced with a genuine one. There are no problems with key operation, and the product is in good condition for actual use.

Ink ribbons are still available at specialty stores, so you can rest assured that you can use them for a long time. A simple guide to using the typewriter is below, but for more detailed instructions, please search for "typewriter instructions" and you'll find them.

Turn the knob next to the roller to advance the paper to the position where you want to type the first character.
Adjust the left and right margins with the left and right sliders on the scale at the back▼
Move the line feed lever on the left of the roller to the right ▼
Start typing

Line breaks
If you move the line feed lever on the left of the roller to the right, the line will automatically be fed and set to the leftmost position of the next line.

Line spacing adjustment
You can adjust the line spacing using the lever to the right of the line break lever.
0 no line spacing
1 normal
2 0.5 line gap
3 One line space

Changing the ink color
If a two-color ink ribbon is installed, you can change the ink color using the lever on the right side of the keyboard (no printing will occur if the lever is centered).
