OLIVETTI Lettera 32 typewriter with ink ribbon replaced

This is an Olivetti typewriter from Italy in the 1960s. While plastic was the norm at the time, this particular typewriter is made of metal. It was manufactured in Mexico and comes with a case. Its slim, compact size and sleek design give it a refined look.

You can use regular copy paper. You can also print on bags and cards by putting them in a roller, so you can use it to make original cards and tags.

This is the best condition Olivetti typewriter we have ever handled, with no significant damage other than some tarnish on the rollers and peeling paint on the line feed lever. The case has some loose seams between the body and zipper, but the exterior is still in excellent condition.

Although the ink ribbon is slightly wrinkled, there is still plenty of ink remaining. There are no problems with key operation. The basic instructions for use are listed below, but for detailed instructions, please search for "typewriter instructions" and refer to them.

How to use <br data-mce-fragment="1">Insert the paper from the back of the roller▼
Turn the knob next to the roller to advance the paper to the position where you want to type the first character.
Adjust the left and right margins with the left and right sliders on the scale at the back▼
Move the line feed lever on the left of the roller to the right ▼
Start typing

Line breaks
If you move the line feed lever on the left of the roller to the right, the line will automatically be fed and set to the leftmost position of the next line.

Line spacing adjustment
You can adjust the line spacing using the lever to the right of the line break lever.
0 no line spacing
1 normal
2 0.5 line gap
3 One line space

Changing the ink color
You can change the ink color using the lever on the right side of the keyboard (no printing will occur if it is aligned to the center).
