Blown glass container

I've handled candy jars and cookie jars before, but this may be the first time I've seen a vintage Japanese canister like this. It's a classy glass container. There are wrinkles and bubbles inside the glass, and the shape is slightly distorted, but it has a charm that mass-produced products don't have.

It appears to be quite old, perhaps dating back to the Taisho or Meiji period. Please note that there are chips on the lid, cloudiness on the bottom (due to manufacturing?), and other small scratches and cloudiness that cannot be completely removed.

You can use it to store fruits, sweets, or accessories.
