OKAZAKI circular saw blade

I wondered what kind of crazy person would frame a circular saw blade, but perhaps it was some kind of souvenir.

There is no rust on the blade, but there is some dirt on the frame that cannot be removed. Please note that although it is pressed down firmly, the blade may slip out of place if you shake it, so please be careful.
